Teaching is a profession where there is challenge,
excitement, reward and chance to encourage and support others for the better
future of the students. However it’s not at all easy to become a good teacher.
A good teacher doesn’t only teaches and evaluate the students but also encourage
them towards success, innovation and knowledge. Study shows that the single
most important factor for determining the quality of the education a child
receives is the quality of his teacher. Being a good teacher brings success to
the future of the students.
Being a good teacher requires great qualities like
caring the students and forming strong relationship with them. They are masters
of the subject matter and are well prepared and well managed. Communicating
frequently with parents and engaging the students to look the matter in
different ways also make them good teachers. If a teacher is responsible,
caring, daring, and always concerned towards the progress of the students, he
can not only become good teacher but a great teacher.
